Vin Villa Estates is located on the north west shore of Pelee Island, known for it’s beautiful beaches and breathtaking sunsets. Our property is built on the original vineyard of the Vin Villa Winery dating back to the 1800′s. You can see the sloping grape rows dance across our property.

We have a very secluded lot with a private sandy swimming beach in a quiet bay

Rental Details

Sorry! We do not rent weekends during the summer months. We only rent by the week(s) during the summer months, Saturday to Saturday

Limited number of weeks available for rent, so book early!

Weekend rentals are available from April – June and September – October

Weekly rentals from July-September (Labour Day weekend inclusive)

When booking your boat reservations please keep the following in mind:

Check in time 4:30PM , non negotiable as we need the day to prepare the cottage and property for your stay. If you choose to arrive on the island early in the day, please allow for enough ice to keep your parishables as we do not allow guests to stop by the cottage to drop off food, luggage, bikes etc. until 4:30PM

Cottage Details

Our cottage is a self catering cottage

It sleeps 6 people max. It’s perfect for a small family or a couple’s getaway

We have 4 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a King size bed (remember to bring sheets to fit), the second bedroom upstairs has two twin beds and there are two bedrooms downstairs that both have a double bed in each.

We have a fully equipped kitchen, microwave and dishwasher provided

Propane bbq provided

Bottled water provided for all cooking and personal consumption

TV/VCR/DVD provided with local channels

Blankets and pillows provided – bed linens, towels and paper products are NOT included
